I've never experienced worse customer service than what I received from George at the detail shop. The airbag sensor in my passenger seat was damaged during the detail process. George not only refused to accept responsibility, but he proceeded to verbally attack me over the phone for approximately 20 minutes. He gave me no opportunity to speak or explain my situation. I have never been spoken to by a business owner like this in my entire life and I hope by writing this review nobody else will have to deal with this kind of disrespect in the future. Do not support this business!
