Our order wasn't ready. They asked us to pull forward. We waited as approximately 6 cars went around us. I went in to see what the holdup was. They said they're waiting on hash browns. That's what they told us in line. They were hash browns up just sitting there. SERIOUSLY? My bf was not HAPPY! Plus our McD's app wouldn't work. This has happened to me a lot!
I would not even give 1 star.
But the big one that made me mad. Was the line cook put raw meet on the grill did not glove up properly. Wand entry back to the line making food without changing gloves at all.
Recently remodeled. Has the kiosk ordering. Food is just like all the rest of the McDonalds. Long drive through lines every day. Probably quicker to go inside.
They literally always get our orders wrong. But at least they have gotten better with the biscuits...they don't taste like rocks anymore.
Decent McDonald's location. Good fries, nuggets, value meals but the service is lacking.
Waited about 20 minutes for my order. Burger was made upside down.
