The guy working there (Allen I think) was exceptionally helpful and nice. He went out of his way to show me good trails to ride on and was flexible with the return time seeing as I didn't have my plans completely locked down. This type of place is the definition of a great local bike shop.
If you are in the area it's worth the stop!
I was in town last year for vacation and went to check out their shop. Alan was super cool and very informative about cycling in the Black Mountain and surrounding areas. This year, I came back and rented a bike from them for a few days to check out the locals trails. Josh helped me with the process and I was on my way. He professionally prepped the bike and also gave me some trail info/maps and such. Prices were reasonable and the bike was killer. Very pleased with the experience and this will be my 'Go To Shop' when I'm in town.

Allen pointed out a few other quick tweaks while the bike was on the stand and I was out within an hour.
