I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and a large one for the birthday boy. I was charged $10 for the large cupcake and when we opened it at the party it was the same size as all the others. When I called them about this issue the woman was very argumentative and did not even apologize. My chocolate cheesecake cupcakes was not cheesecake but my traditional ones were cheesecake. I will not do business here in the future.
Always love coming here when I'm in town! So many great flavors and great staff! I'm so impressed by how they craft unique flavors and avoid the sickening sweet curse of so many other cupcake shops. They are a favorite of mine and my fiancé for good reason!
The cupcakes taste good but are priced too high for what you get. The chocolate ones are very dry, I’ve made boxed mix cupcakes that had more moisture. Homemade icing is super easy so there isn’t a big wow in that either. Staff is also rude. I asked for a take out box for my toddlers cupcake as he only ate one bite. I was told to just wrap it in the paper liner from the basket it was served in. Like a take out container was too much to ask for. It wouldn’t survive going home in the wax paper so I asked again and the lady finally gave me a little cup to put it in. It made it home nicely in that with no icing lost. I think I will make my own in the future.
